I work mostly with tropical amphibians but might take some reptiles that are interesting to me. Large snakes, crocodilians, and venomous snakes/lizards are guaranteed no trades. If I am unsure of the legality of the animal, or cannot by law have the animal where I live, that is also a guaranteed no trade.
